Creating A Folder - Within a New Drive

  NotSureBoutThis 09:09 10 Dec 06

I have 2 drives C: & D:

I have all my documents within the C: drive, however I want to create a folder & use within the D: drive for music I download.

Can anyone please give step by step instructions how I can create a folder in the new drive, without interfering with other drive.

Thanks in advance

Open my computer

double click on the new drive

right click in a blank space

choose new, then folder

Give it a name

My computer, Double click on D:, Click on File, and from the dropdown click New.

Move mouse to expand New, and click on Folder.

It will show a new folder with a highlighted name "New Folder"

Simply type in the name you wish to give it. Hey Presto.

You can either press Enter to open your new folder or get on with something else!
