Creating File survey/report for unused/old files

Hi, I've been given the task of Cleaning up the NAS at my SOHO network. What I want to do is list files based on how often they are accessed and the last time they were accessed. I can do this easily through explorer, but what I need is a way to generate a report or survey of the NAS that can be given to the clients so they can determine what files are needed.

I was thinking of creating one line by line in excel and just divvy up the folders between tabs, but since there are over 70K files and dates ranging back to 15 years ago, it would take too much time.

Any advice?
