Creating a DVD from an ISO file

Further to my recent query concerning converting .vsp to DVD format', when burning the resulting video onto DVD using Ulead Video Studio 11 I simultaneously created a disk image which is stored as an ISO file. How can I use this file to create more copies of the DVD in VOB format and avoid the lengthy process of making the DVDs from the original video file? Alternatively, is it possible to use Acronis True Image to clone the DVD I have already made or does Acronis only work on harddisks?
