create a system restore point

i know this has been explained before but i can't find it
can someone please tell me how to create a system restore point.

Start>Programs>Accesories>system Tools>System Restore will give you the option from there.

Next time you have a problem, consider clicking on an empty part of the desktop and press F1 key
