Create a shortcut on a CD

I want to backup several small programs onto one disc. To make it easier to instal these programs I want to create shortcuts, on the disc, to each of the setup.exe files. (Rather than have to navigate to each one).

When I create the shortcuts before burning, they dont work as they're pointing to their original location on the hard drive.

I've tried Nero and Roxio but can't see any way to do it.

All help and advice greatfully received.

If it is a program that when installing writes part of the program to the windows file it may not work. To create a short cut to the exe file. after copying to CD just create a short cut as before but go to the file on the CD.

Sorry, perhaps I wasn't clear.

I want to create a shortcut on the CDROM disc that points to the exe file in a folder already on the CDROM disc. To make it easier when I need to instal the program.

Lazy I know, but I'd like to know how to do it.
