Hi,
I have an AMD64 3000+cpu. I can monitor the cpu and system temperature through my epox mobo. The cpu runs at 44-52 degrees centigrade and the system at 29-32. Are these temps good and do you know what temps are dangerous. Thanks

AMD CPU rated temperatures are over 80, normally the cpu will shut off PC automatically if the temperature is too high

Thanks for the reply.

Was that in degrees centigrade i take it. So if can run over 80c then mine at about 50c max is fine? And the system temp? Am asking as wondering if to fit another fan. Have PSU fan, cpu fan and mobo fan

If your system is stable it isnt too hot.

otherwise, do nothing with normal temperature

Make the back fan an exhaust rather than a blower

In the summer you will find that the back fan will blow a lot of warm air in and circulate a lot of heat

My AMD2200 runs at CPU 45c and mobo 32c

Thanks 4 the reply.

I have used an exhaust fan before. the system fan is blowing out, the warm air from the cpu as near to that.

Mine must be ok then as cpu 44, system 28 at mo. got a system fan attached on back of the case where the grille is. it sist near the cpu and blows air out of the case, hopefully warm air from the cpu fan. I hope this is set up ok
