Hi-I'm trying to fix a corrupted normal.dot file in Word. I've downloaded the Word 2002 Support Template and clicked on 'Troubleshoot Utility' which is supposed to produce a 'Microsoft Word Troubleshooting Utility' dialog box but it doesn't-instead I only get a window called 'MS Visual Basic SUPPORT [design]' and then I'm stuck. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

If Normal.dot itself is corrupt then delete it- Word will create a new Normal.dot if can't find it at startup.

and delete these as pc moron says. Word automatically recreates a fresh normal.dot.

please close your post if problem is sorted.
