corrupted floppy disc

I have an old version of Corel Paint 5 on a series of floppys.
After a computer crash I have tried to re-install this programme.
There are three floppys.
The second one shows full but I get a message that it is has no format.
Clearly I cannot format it because I will lose the content.
I have checked the forum and found a demo of "BadCopy". This was not able to repair it.
Any ideas, somebody?
Perhaps someone has disk 2 to lend/rent me??
I have used Corel 5 for years as it is simple to utilise. I have Corel 8 but find it very complicated.
