Corrupt WAV files after recovery

I have spent 2 weeks recovering files with EASEUS data recovery from an external drive which has gone into RAW File system which I now cant access. When I tried to play audio files that were recovered Windows media player says the files are unreadable and unrecognisable even though they are showing as WAV files.

Any ideas as to how to recover these wav files or change the RAW file system back to FAT or NTSB. Every other recovered file works OK. Is there another program that would recover just the wav files perhaps

You could try VLC player click here , see if it recognises them. Or maybe Audacity click here which might be able to convert them to MP3 format. If you do try to convert to MP3, you'll also need the Lame MP3 Encoder click here

Hi MAJ I have tried all those as you suggest but no go. Nothing recognises the format they are in although it supposed to be WAV
