One of my hard drives wont open, says its corrupt.
Does anyone know a programme that can help retrieve it?
The drive has a shed load of music and photos, and although i have discs, its so much easier to find on the pc.Also,my latest photos were not copied to disk yet(was going to do it this weekend!!)so i was hoping to recover them.
The drive was ok two hours ago, when i last checked for something.
Ive had this before, but it was fine on reboot, but not this time.
Ive unplugged it now in case it fails completely

Testdisc and R-Studio were the most helpful ones.
R-Studio being the most windowslike and easiest to navigate.
Im going to pop in another hard drive to move everything over then format the corrupt drive.
Thank you
