Copying Windows update files

Is it possible to copy Windows update files from one computer to another computer not connected to the Internet. Where are the files located on the C drive?

Most updates are security related, so why bother with a PC thats not connected to the internet.

but if ya really want to

In your AutoExec.Bat file add following lines:

The Download will save files to above folder , but
as soon as the installation is finished, the files may
be deleted. So you have to switch to DOS mode,
move to this folder C:\Windows\Temp and
copy all the files to a new folder, for example:

which you should create, before you start the download

To copy the files, at C:\Temp prompt, type

XCOPY *.* C:\MSFiles <enter>

Alternatively, sometime the download is saved in

C:\WINDOWS\TEMPORARY INTERNET FILES a newly created sub-folder
