can anyone tell me if there is a simple way to copy a custom tool bar in excel from one pc to another. To save starting fron scratch on each machine.???? Same goes for macros

Macros - in the Visual Basic Editor (Alt+F11 to get into the VBE) File/Export and this will save the macro module you are viewing as a .bas file.

On the other machine you can then use a similar procedure (File/Import) to insert the macro(s).

Toolbars - will be saved with the extension .xlb

Do a search and copy them across. N.B. The same version of Excel must be on both machines.
