I have just bought a new computer with Windows Vista. My old computer is Windows XP. Both have Microsoft Outlook 2003. How can I copy my e-mail address book from my old computer to the new one?
Thanks

You will need to copy your old address book to a removable drive such as a floppy (A:\) or a USB flash disc. To copy the address book, open the application and, from the file menu, select "Export". Choose Address Book (WAB) from the next list of options and save it to floppy disc or USB flash disc.
When you come to install it on the other computer, open that computer’s address book and select "Import" from the file menu, then choose the A:\ drive or the USB drive as the source of your import. This will replace the new computer’s address book with the one from your original computer. Good Luck!
