copy songs on to disc cd -rw from dvd disc

I have bought a dvd disc from ebay with 1000 songs on it can some one tell me if its possible to put the songs on to a cd-rw ? and how i do it please,at the moment they seem to be on Q drive .many thanks

I doubt very much that you will be able to do this. And even if you could you wouldn't be able to play them in CD Players from a CD/RW disc. You would need lots of CDR discs to copy all of them.

use something like "smart ripper" to rip them onto the HDD, then burn them to CD

Assuming they are in the format MP3 then a stand alone DVD player should play them.

Use Nero burning rom to copy the files to a CD-R as and audio disk to make up CDs that will play on ordinary CD players.

No the dvd of the 1000 songs wont play on dvd player but will on my computer, the dvd player at home wont play cd-rw or this dvd with the songs on , it doesnt matter just thought it would be nice to play in mp3 player

If the songs are MP3 format on your DVD disc you could use windows media player or real player to convert tracks to conventional audio format and then burn them to a CD-R disc. However this will take a lot of discs.
