If i have more than one user set up on my computer (running ME) is there a way to copy a shortcut across to their desktop so that programs can be accessed by them? Or is there another way for them to access programmes that are only shown on my desktop? I tried the Help files but they lost me.

Have you tried copying/moving them into the Desktop folder under Documents & Settings / All Users?

Windows ME. Can you find the folder C:\WINDOWS\Profiles\[User1]\Desktop? where user1 is just the user name for one user.

You should see the icons there. Copy any icon to C:\WINDOWS\Profiles\[User2]\Desktop folder.
