Copy and pasting selected few from a list - how?

Hi folks,

If I have a list of images (or documents) that are listed within a folder I have, but I only want to copy and paste say 20 of them, is there any way I can drag the cursor over the select few, rather than singularly copy and paste each one separately? I thought that I maybe had to press the Ctrl key or something but not sure?

Yes, hold down Ctrl key while making the choices.

If the 20 are together then click on the first one, and then hold the Shift key and click the last. Then you can copy and paste the whole batch. If they are separate items then click the first - then hold Ctrl and select each of the others.

Hold down shift and select the first and last file if copying 2 or more. for individual files use ctrl to select a batch. then right click and copy and paste.
