Copy HDD TV recording data files to DVD

I have a 320 GB HDD from my failed PVR and all the TV programmes seem intact. I tried copying the groups of files to DVD but no players can read them even though they play on my laptop. The files (for each recorded programme) comprises of:

Folder labelled MV_001 onwards and these each contain Title.vob, fli, pgo, pgc, vbm

Individual files mv_rm.bup and ifo as well as rm_00.bup and rm+01.ifo

How should I record these to DVD to allow them to be played on a DVD player in the same way as they were playable from the HDD?

Perhaps you need to burn the files as an ISO on the DVD.

click here is a guide to these files and gives hints at the bottom of the page on how to burn these files with Nero.

chub_tor - thanks for the link. It looks pretty well what I was after. I'll give it a go.
