Cooling Fans

Mornig all. I've just received my new AMD 2000+ with fan. Now this might seem like a daft question, but having been burnt on points of common sense before I'm still gonna ask it; will this fan do the job properly? It seems logical that it would but hey, better safe than sorry. As for cooling in general, I've decided to fit just one case fan for the moment, and have it at the back drawing warm air out; question is, what kind of RPM rate do I need, and what do you guys consider a reasonable sound level? I'm looking at one that rates at 25 db(A) and runs at 2500RPM. In short, will this do, or do I need a faster one, or perhaps one I can control the flow of? Cheers.

3 or 4 pin? What's the difference?

I THINK 3 pin plugs directly into your motherboard - 4 pin uses supply direct from the PSU.

I might be wrong
