Please can you help .....

I have a video on my laptop which is an AVI file, unfortunately, when I copy this onto a DVD, I cannot play this on my DVD player.

Is there anyway I can convert this so I can watch the movie on my TV?

Cheers

Is your dvd player DivX compatible?

If it is you could use the DivX create bundle from click here

which includes a converter for most file types to DivX and has a free trial and then you could burn the file to CD/DVD to transfer it.

You can get it as a free trial. I've got it and it works well.

What cd/dvd software is on your computer, have you got nero installed, if so use nero vision express to convert avi to dvd.
