Controller error

I keep getting the following message at regular intervals and would be grateful for any assistance as to how to correct it, message as follows;

The driver detected a controller error on
\device\Harddisk1\D

It *COULD* be an indication that your hard drive is failing, so make sure you have all of your important data safely backed up in separate media.

PS you need to get all you Data off the Drive on to some other kind of media before it stops altogether

Also try another Data Cable on the Drive
