Content Adviser in OE6

I've tried numerus ways of setting the slider controls in content adviser in Outlook Express 6,
but always with the same results, the pop up box appears asking for the password.
With the controls set to zero, the box still appears. Going into RegEdit I've had to delete the parameters I've set, to be able to get back to square one again.

I've searched through Microsoft for a fix to this problem without success. Dose anyone know of a workaround.
