The backs of my TV and PC monitor have inputs for other equipments. (camcorder etc)
This is 3 phono sockets marked:
Y = GREEN
Pb = BLUE
Pr = RED.
I have an AV component I wish to connect, but the leads are:
Yellow = Video
Red = Audio Right
White = Audio Left
I don't wish to damage anything by just plugging to see if it works, so can anyone advise which goes where?
Thanks

?
TV and Monitor is the Y, Pb and Pr bit and the Yellow, Red and White is the external kit I wish to connect. Sorry, thought it was clear in my post.
The question I suppose, could have been:
"The external component connections on my TV and PC Monitor are colour coded Green, Blue and Red. Are these Video and Audio L/R and if so, which is which"?

After a lot of reading I have come to the conclusion that the component lead/connection:
Y, Pb and Pr (green, blue and red) are Digital Video related ONLY - no audio. I was confusing it with analogue A/V equipment.
