I have a ATI Radeon 9200 video card with a video out socket, allowing me to conect a S-Video cable. I can also connect my vcr via this cable. I was wondering is it possible to connect my vcr via the video card, and have a picture displayed through the monitor. If so could anyone please advise me on how to do so.
I am running windows XP home.

Any advise would be gratefully appeciated.

You require a video card with TV INPUT. I am using Winfast TV 2000 xp & have also used an All-in-Wonder Radeon 7500(the 8500 is much more expensive & has DV input too). Hauppauge have TV input cards too. Unfortunately none of these are cheap. Good luck. Daycoo.
