Connecting Two BT Fusion Routers

  Squirrel1 20:29 07 Jan 08

I need to connect together two BT Fusion routers.
One is where the main internet connection connects and the other is down stairs.
What I want to do is use the upstairs router to provide wired network access to the internet via the router and the other to provide wireless access only to other compouters without allowing them access to any of the other computers on the wired network.
I think I need to have the one downstairs operating as an access point, but it's just the connections I need to get right??
Any suggetsions?

I think that you can only have one router connected. This should be as close to the the main socket as possible but can be up to 30 meters away if necessary using a good quality extension.
