I have a standard audio out port which I connect to standard audio speakers.

I would like to be able to connect to my Home Cinema system for multichannel sound. However oI only have phono and potical inputs- is there some sort of converter cable I can use to achieve this setup?

Many Thanks

if your laptop only has one audio line out jack it can still be connected to any av amps left and right front speaker line in connectors to give stereo.use a 3mm jack to 2x phono rca lead like click here (scroll down a bit)

if you want 5.1 sound etc and your amp is a multichannel jobby then get yourself a soundcard for the laptop like click here connect up using either 3x same leads as above if you have phono 6ch inputs on the amp or via a coax digital cable.
