Can someone tell me how to connect a sony freeview tv (two scart sockets) with my sky box and dvd recorder? I have a separate aerial cable.
Thanks.

...read the manual! <just joking>

Connection layout would be thus:

Cable from dish connects directly to Sky box...
Scart from Sky box to DVD rec...
Scart from DVD to TV...

N.B. You'll probably need to connect rf leads too, in the same way.

Well, that's how mine is connected. It works fine.

make sure rf to tv is in the correct socket or no freeview

Do you really need a freeview+Sky+DVD recorder
when there are some very good deals on a new Sky+ system. Sky have some very good deals and some people have managed to get a Sky Plus system for free. You may well have to sign up to a contract with Sky but just think of all the cables etc. you could do away with.

Thanks all.
The reason for asking was that my old tv only had one Scart socket and as the new tv has two I wondered if I should be making use of both.
By the way, I wasn't looking for a tv with f/view as I have Freesat with Sky, but it was a Sony with the size screen I wanted and a really good price.
