Connect wireless camera to laptop

  Habsish 17:16 25 May 08

Been given a small wireless camera so I can include it in a nest box.

Camera has video and audio out cables (yellow & white). I have no such connections on my laptop.

I do have usb connection & IEEE 1394 port (whatever that might be).

Any suggestion for a novice?

Camera was designed to connect to a TV. You might find an adapter from the likes of Maplins, but I doubt it.

What makes you say it is wireless?
What is the make and model of it?
It might be "wireless" but it will still need power.

If it Wireless it as to have3 its own receiver. that would come with the camera

Sorry I have not made things clear.

Wireless camera with receiver. It is the connection between the reciever I would like to make to the laptop.
