Conditional formatting a row in Excel

  ShorN 10:10 31 Jul 06

I am trying to apply conditional formatting to a spreadsheet so that a row will change its style when either "yes" or "No" is entered into a column. I can make the conditional formatting work when it is equal to a numerical value but cannot seem to work out how to make it apply when "No" is selected.

Any help greatly appreciated!
