Could be a number of things:

Did you make any changes?

Are all cards seated?

Memory chips installed ok?

Any history? It's often an "event" that provides the clues - like a new bit of software, groaning noises, failure to shut down or slow to start up, before you get to a total no no. Otherwise follow the link that Lú-tzé suggests, and other suggestions, and check that you have the right boot sequence in your BIOS (make sure that C: is first, followed by a: and your CD-ROM, assuming that your setup is conventional with the hard drive having the boot files).
