Computer virus

Need some urgent help as my main computer has some sort of bug, my computer as been taken over by a message saying warning you're in danger your computer is infected with spyware.

I have virgin media security for windows 7 installed.

this problem is asking me to download install something called system tools which I haven't done.I immediately closed down computer but whenever I restart I keep getting the same message.

Your help would be greatly appreciated thanks

my problem is on another computer and not this one, the program is not letting me do anything saying that everything is infected, how do I excess the web as I don't want to install this program but rather remove it

Download to a CD on the good computer and then load on the duff computer.

Do as the guide suggests, and start the computer in safe mode with networking.

Thanks guys for all your help in solving this problem for me, I was able to download the malwarebytes program and remove the virus so thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
