Ive been reading alot of threads about the BIOS and how you can change the systems performance by changing the front side bus. How do change the BIOS settings and make computers perform faster?

You can't just change the FSB. It should be set to the specification required by the particular processor fitted.

If you set it faster than specification, then you are "overclocking" the processor - running it faster than specified - which can stop the system working at all, give you random intermittent errors, and in the worst case, burn out the processor.

thank you for that i was not aware of that.
How do i view the settings in the bios anyway for example looking at RAM and processor and even looking at the speed of my FSB

It all depends on your system. The motherboard manual should explain it.

Sometimes settings are in the BIOS, sometimes on jumpers.

PS - if you run Belarc advisor, it gives you lots of info about the components, and settings, for your system.
