Computer keeps crashing

My computer keeps crashing regardless of program being used.

There are multiple Stop Messages, some about drivers for Audigy card and Gfx GF4 4600 128mb. I have downloaded latest to no avail. Some about Page Faults and Memory and others that I dont understand the codes for. It can happen if I click the start button after turning on.

Is there a list of code definitions anywhere?
Any suggestions?

mouseman, here is a trick to try, reboot into bios settings, and channge the core voltage settings to 0.8 . The core voltage settings can cause a problem between some psu's, and any AthlonXP cpu's up to 2200( different processes using less voltage).

I have an ASUS a7v333 motherboard with bios Vcore settings from 1.75-1.85
