computer keeps on crashing

My computer keeps on crashing at various times. When the computer crashes I get the following message
STOP: 0x00000050 (0xF000B094, 0x0000001, 0xA0003AF7, 0x00000000)
*** Address A0003AF7 base at A0000000, DATESTAMP 3eb1ea3c - WIN32K.sys
Beginning Dump of phyical memory. Physical Memory Dump complete. Contact your System Administrator or Technical Support Group.

Any thoughts on how I can resolve this problem would be appreciated. Thanks!

Your issue is totally descrided here in MS Knowledge Base Article number 817197. It also tells you how to resolve it..

You receive the following stop error message on a blue screen:

A problem has been detected and Windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer
Technical information:

*** STOP: 0x00000050 (0xffffffe0, 0x0x00000001, 0xf30da010, 0x00000000)

To resolve this problem, obtain and install the latest driver from Lexar Media, Inc.
Lexar Media, Inc. has confirmed that this problem occurs when you use a version of their Sausb.sys driver with Windows XP that is earlier than version 4.6.
