Compaq PC's - worth the extra money ?

Get a new Dell a week ago, and VERY dissapointed with it so it's on its way back to the factory.

Looking at a Compag instead (the 2149 model) which has similar specs -

Vista Premium
320 GB HD
Decent (ish) graphics card

but the Compaq is around £80 more than the Dell - anyone have experience of owning a Compaq, will it be worth spending the extra money on, are they quiet and reliable etc.

Don't want to make another Dell mistake

I highly recommend Evesham, they are top notch gear and the after sales from what I have heard is that they are A1. I have owned an Evesham PC for 12 months and its the best PC I have owned, its very stable and it never misses a beat.

Evesham have just won an award from PC Pro for Service and Reliability beating Dell, Fujitsu, HP, Lenovo, Medion, Packard Bell and Acer.
