I am trying to play some movie clips on windows media player.

Some of them do not work and require a codec.

I have downloaded Div x 5.0.5 but this doesnt work either.

It tells me I need codec 75.

Where can I get this from ?

This method works in about 99% of cases. Download the latest windows media player, Divx player, quicktime player and realplayer. Try playing the file through each player in turn whilst connected to the net. Each player will search for the codec. If this method doesn't work then post back.

windows media player does start to download the codec but it take too long. or is there some way of saving it while its downloading.
