I have an Omega 120MB Ext HDD running Win XP Pro SP2. However I cannot get the Iomega HDD to work as comes back with Code 10 cannot start mass storage device. Do anyone have any answer to this problem? the whole thing was working fine a couple of days ago but now this problem has come have tried doing the usual uninstall reinstall software but no joy Iomega say that they use the Windows drivers so Windows problem.
Any help would be appreciated.

Have a look at the Windows website click here search engine.

BTW, I would have expected that you should have received much more help from Iomega. Their helplines were very good at one time.

error code 10 ,i think means missing drivers or the mass storage adapter is not configured correctly.
BTW try to have a 1-2-1 online chat with iomega staff, they shoould help.
