Cluster Size on external drive

I am running windows XP SP2 and I have three hard drives. (one Externa) All three are formatted in NTFS Format. The C and F drives are 4kb and the H drive which is the external drive is showing only 1kb clusters I got this information from PC Pitstop. Are these figures satisfactory and if not how can I rectify them. The comp is running OK but the H drive which is a maxtor 80 GB USB 2 is rather slow. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

What sizes are all three drives?

PaulB2005 thanks for your speedy reply. The C Drive is 120 Gb and the F is 20Gb

Doesn't match your findings but the Cluster Size is usually automatically selected when you format the drive.

Thanks very much PaulB2005 I think I will leave well alone and leave things as they are after reading your link. Thanks again for your interest. I have ticked this as resolved.
