Closing Word, 'Save As' Prompts for Marco-enabled Templates

Intermittently when closing Word 2010 docs on Win 8 I get a series of annoying messages I have to X out of before I can successfully close.

The second prompt, a "Save As" window, has default file name "Normal" and default Save As Type: "Word Macro-Enabled Template (*.dotm)".

How do I disable all these prompts?

I'm not intending to edit or save templates, just copying and pasting between multiple documents and typing away.

BTW this click here doesn't include Word 2010.
