Hi Folks,

I have a 40 hard Drive with a Partition -
'C' Main
Capacity 25.30GB
Used 18.10GB
Free 7.21GB

'G'Partition
Capacity 11.80GB
Used 4.17GB
Free 7.70GB

I would like to Clone the above 40GB Hard Drive to an 80GB Hard Drive. Will the size of the Main 'C' Drive & the Partition 'G' change or double or will it remain the same.

Please will someone let me know.

Thanks

Henry

They will clone pro-rata so "C" should turn into 50.60Gb and "G" should turn into 23.60Gb. Aprox:-)

Percy Vere,

Sorry for taking so long to reply. I have changed my email address & I think I didn't get your note. I had to go to Favourites, clicked on PC Advisor there & managed to open up my Thread.

Thanks, that will help me a great deal as I'm building a Website & need to add alot of pictures to My Pictures in my Personal Documents in the Partition. More Space now in the Partition.
