'cloned' desktop on two monitors

I have a DELL Dimension 8250 PC running windows XP and installed with a "128 DDR ATI Radeon 9700 Pro w/TV out" video card that has two connectors (SVGA & DVI).

For training purposes, I would like to duplicate my desktop image on another monitor (I think this is referred to as 'cloned').

I've used the 'dual monitors' facility on the display settings panel but I only seem to be able to achieve extending my desktop onto the second monitor.
How do I 'clone' my desktop onto the other monitor?

I'm aware that a VGA splitter cable will provide the solution but my primary TFT monitor is connected via the DVI connector.
