All blocked

port 8080, but shows 21 as closed.

This shows up on all my PC's and even reverting back to Dial-up does not plug it.

Norton Support checked all my settings by me sending the system setting files, and they said it should be blocked.

I run AVG antivirus, Anti-Spyware and Norton Firewall.

I do not have a proxy, so why is it open?

  Gaz 25 21:58 04 Apr 03

8080 is open on the Sygate SOS website.

Do you use XP?

  Gaz 25 22:01 04 Apr 03

AVG, should also detect Trojans too, should it?

  Kudu 22:05 04 Apr 03

Tried the test anyway and it showed ports 139 and 445 open. What does this say about Sygate ?

  Gaz 25 22:08 04 Apr 03

How can it be closed?

I did do a test, and norton does block communications on this port.

I tried probing myself from a remote PC to port 8080, Norton: Unused port 8080 blocked.

Why does sygate SOS show it?
