Pardon the ignorance but how do you do the blue CLICK HERE link that's in most threads? I know it'll put a smile on the faces of the old hands on here but we newbies need all the help we can get, when struggling alone in our garrets!

Just type in the address or highlight in the address bar, CTRL+C to copy, then on here CTRL+V to paste.

"Special techniques" are required to get links to MS Knowledgebase articlesw to work properly.

All advice above is good and correct. But to try out your new skill, do the following and post it back on this same thread to test it.

Type the folowing, but without the spaces, it will stay the same in the message box, but when you come back to the thread and look at it, it will have changed to a "Click here, in Blue".
