Clearing history cache in Norton Anti-virus

Is there any way to clear the history cache in norton anti-virus? I still have several entries for Bloodhound Exploit.20 and Trojan.Byteverify showing there from previous scans. The status of these is'left alone' and not quarantined. When attempting to delete each one I get: Cannot perform this action, possible causes: The files have been moved or deleted, The computer they are located on is turned off, You are trying to clean files in an e-mail message. I tried the link that BOSMERE and VOG sent me in my last request but it was of no use. I just purchased Xoftspy but it didn't detect anything so maybe they are totally inactive and harmless but just the fact they're there bothers me. Thank you.
