The current cleaning product I use to clean my monitor and HD TV,leaves smears on the screen.
Can you recommended a product please which will clean and be smear free.

The key thing to look for is distilled water. The above one is like mine, the liquid evaporates very fast, leaving no smears :)

using cleaning fluids can remove coatings on the screen, a damp cloth should be all that's needed

I noticed Microfibre cloths now available in our Pound Shop. Pack of 3.

I use water. Sometimes a miniscule amount of Fairy Liquid, sometimes a smidge of Windowlene spray.
Vinegar is often recommended for windows.
Never tried it myself. That's woman's work.

One point to note is: put the spray on the cloth. Not on the screen.

I use the same product as letsgetrdy and find it works very well.
