Hi Guys

I am looking at getting two 2610 routers for home to play around on as I am working for my CCNA. Maybe a stupid question but I have had a look and cant find the answer, do they require and special power requirements?

Can I just plug them in to the normal mains connections at home?

Cheers
Mark

Cheers I had a look at that, it just says in there though

"Connect the other end of the power cord to an electrical outlet."

I wasnt sure (and just wanted to be extra sure before ordering it) if normal UK power would be up to it. I think you are correct and I am just reading to much in to it but I hvae never used these outside of a datacentre

“If normal UK power would be up to it”

If brought from an UK supplier the voltage will be set to 240 volts

Normally you can adjust the input voltage 110 – 240 volts on most computer equipment
