No Menu Bar Menu Bar: This toolbar at the top of the Firefox window contains the browser menus (File, Edit, Help, etc.).

On Windows 7, the Menu Bar is hidden by default, and its features are contained in the Firefox button. If the Menu Bar is hidden, you can temporarily show it by pressing the Alt key. Tried that and nothing happens.

No sign of the fire fox top left.

Think that this is about Firefox not Chrome. Alt key should work. If you want to see the menu bar all the time then right click to the right at the top of the screen and you should see a list of toolbars - click on menu bar.

I lost some toolbars in IE9 and rdave13 solved it!(F11)
