cheap router for aol

  colcol 09:59 10 Feb 04

I have seen discussion on this board about using a router to allow more than one pc to access aol broadband simultaneously. can anyone specify a particular router which they know will work and is cheaper than the one recommewnded by aol which costs about £80.

From a post last week by "The Sack" j.

Urm, you have not had to use the AOL browser for months! I have a home network connected to 4 PCs via a bog standard cheapo router and 2 quid network cards.

AOL at this moment in time don't support routers
there is suppose tobe info on this later this year
and if you buy one you take the risk.
Been with AOL some time now.
