Cheap genuine softwares?

I'm repeatedly getting unsolicited emails directing me to a software vendor 'softportal'. They are based in the US and have unbelievably cheap softwares on offer. They claim the softwares to be genuine OEM products. Has anybody got experience of buying from them? Honestly speaking, I'm very tempted. Would it reliable to buy from them?

If you read the small print on most of those websites, you will find that most of the CDs are referred to as "for backup purposes".

Generally speaking, they are not worth purchasing; you would be unlikely to be able to activate microsoft products for a start.

If this is the usual advert for Office, Photoshop etc, that I keep getting, they are all illegal.

OEM software is only "genuine" and legal if it is supplied with the requisite hardware.
