Changing PCI graphics card to AGP

My dad has a 1.4Ghz Athlon processor with win xp, 512MB DDR Ram.

He enjoys 'playing' FS2002 Pro.

Currently he has a creative Geeforce 2MX 32 MB PCI card.

Eclipse computers are doing non-branded AGP 64MB AGP card for £30ish.

Would this sound a good upgrade, or would the fact that its nonbranded (and thus significantly cheaper than a branded verison) not be a good move?

If he want better graphics than he has already, go for it, but if he wants really good graphics a branded will be better.

thing is, branded versions seems to be at least 3 times as much.

Would this sound like a reasonable choice:
