Changing frame margins in Netscape

I am designing a web page that uses frames. When I run the site in Netscape I get a border of about 8 pixels around the right and bottom edges of the frame. No matter what I try I cannot get rid of these borders, and yet it seems such a simple thing to want to do!

DOes any one know how to do this?

Since posting this messgae I have searched further on the internet and found this site, click here. This has solved the problem and I have posted this message back so that anyone else wanting to acheive this.

Thanks Joe
